This tiny painting on paper has emerged from from Quarantine. During lockdown a few friends and I participated in the GISH at-home scavenger hunt. We were tasked with all kinds of unique challenges, one of which was to create a bug's portrait. I thought a bug worthy of a portrait would be important; a ruler. It was one of our lasts tasks that I squeezed in with just 30 minutes left. And so, "Lady King" was born.
